Kiana Thomas is a marketing and communications professional with a strong foundation in sales strategy, lead generation, and performance-driven marketing. A 2021 graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in Communications, Kiana has built her career around helping businesses grow through intentional strategy, data-backed decision making, and authentic relationship development.

Craig Wilson has spent the majority of his life in the food and beverage industry. Growing up around bars and restaurants, he began bartending at an early age and developed a deep appreciation for the business.

Andy is our Wisconsin office regional manager. Andy has extensive experience in Commercial Financing as well as the Merchant Services Industry. As a third-generation entrepreneur, Andy has dedicated his life to helping customers. And, for the last 15 years he has become one of the nation’s leading Payment Technology Specialists (PTS). He began his journey at just seven years old, assisting his grandpa in the family business. Andy started his first business in 1991 and has helped thousands since.

Jason R. Russell is a versatile IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support, infrastructure management, and technical troubleshooting.
