Craig "Woody" Wilson

Owner (Restaurant Consulting)

Craig Wilson has spent the majority of his life in the food and beverage industry. Growing up around bars and restaurants, he began bartending at an early age and developed a deep appreciation for the business. After a brief career detour working for the railroad, Craig returned to his roots, acquiring ownership in his first bar in 2010. By 2013, he had opened a second establishment, marking the moment he fully committed to a career in food and beverage.

Over the next 12 years, Craig would go on to buy, build, and operate several successful establishments. His passion lies in the development stage—bringing concepts to life from the ground up. With a strong network of professionals in both construction and operations, Craig is able to guide buildouts and openings with efficiency and precision.

He has also played a key role in helping other owners and operators bring their visions to life—assisting with concept creation, execution, and grand openings. What sets Craig apart is his focus on practical, budget-conscious solutions. While many consultants push large-scale remodels or expensive marketing strategies, Craig understands the realities of small business. He believes that meaningful improvements can come from refining existing systems, not just replacing them.

At HHG, we focus on helping local establishments thrive by making smart, sustainable changes. Our goal is to support owners in enhancing their operations without unnecessary cost—because success shouldn’t require starting over.
